August 22nd, 2017

The video interviews that MHProNews or MHLivingNews has provided over the years are geared toward shedding light on real-world manufactured housing industry issues.

Those videos are done with professionals, experts, and home owners. While the focus is understood with those being interviewed – some aspect(s) of manufactured homes – the videos aren’t scripted.

That makes it useful to the professional, public officials, investors – and when appropriate – to shoppers.

In this flashback video report, ROC USA President Paul Bradley talks about:

industry cohesion,
community closures,
the industry brand and image,
relationship with home owners in communities,
making transactions that are commercially viable,
cap rates and commercial appraisals,
which portfolio operators Bradly admires,
Randy Rowe,
the need for strong value proposition,
non-profits and for-profits, the time frame to close a deal, social ventures – the middle space and more.

Since this video was done, the organization has grown substantially, see a recent story, linked here.

Bradley has been an advocate for fighting fake news about the industry, while still calling upon the industry to take steps that harm the industry’s image.
