We are currently looking for a full time professional in our Loan Processing Department. The position is for a Senior Loan Processor; will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Processing; will manage a pipeline of FHA loan files and take full responsibility for the files until closed; close eight to fifteen files per month
The position draws a base salary of $30,000 per year. Monthly closing bonuses are paid based on personal volume, 1-5 loans per month $100 per loan, 6-10 loans per month $200 per loan retroactive to the first loan, 11+ files per month $300 per loan retroactive to the first loan. A hardworking, experienced and efficient seasoned processor will be able to exceed $70,000 per year in this compensation structure.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience processing FHA loans, Calyx Point, Manufactured Home and construction lending experience preferred, strong customer service and intelligent communication skills, ability to work efficiently and follow directions, must have good computer skills in a windows environment, pleasant personality and able to contribute in a positive way to the small office environment, able and willing to follow-up continually.
