Research of Interest
......The University of Georgia did a study that concluded that the life expectancy of a manufactured home built to the current HUD Code standards is 55.8 years. That time frame is roughly the same as the life expectancy of a stick-built house. Decisions to buy a manufactured home was primarily influenced by wishes for amenities that were not available when renting.
