As home designs changed, as they became more complex and more beautiful, as they incorporated state-of-the-art features that appealed to every segment of consumers, these exhibitors recognized that the showcase represented by The Louisville Show was valuable as a marketing medium.

Exhibiting at Louisville offers one of the best ways to get in front of your customers and prospects in a relatively short amount of time. Louisville gives you the opportunity to not only show your homes, products, or services, but also creates that all important first impression. The Louisville show is worth the effort!

You will be in good company if you plan to attend the extravaganza that is The Louisville Manufactured Housing Show. It is the New Year’s premier industry event.

A veritable army of retailers, builder/developers, and community owners/operators will descend on the Kentucky Exposition Center over the course of 2 ½ days and will order or purchase millions of dollars worth of inventory.

The importance of this show to buyers cannot be underestimated. New designs, new configurations, new features, new conveniences, and new amenities. Homes of all sizes from single sections, to multi-sectionals to modular system-built will be on display.

Service and supplier companies will turn out by the hundreds, hoping to persuade you that what they have to offer will be exactly what you want and need. Many of the products, systems, and equipment are being introduced for the first time.

In order to move inventory, exhibitors will be eager to negotiate great deals. They will have their top execs along to answer questions. Attendees can double their capabilities, expand into new areas, increase productivity while cutting overhead, and see market penetration soar. This is an absolute reality if they apply what they observe and acquire the necessary inventory at the show.

Our manufacturer home commitments, which is at 48 homes, is 9 MORE HOMES THAN LAST YEAR.

At the 2013 show we had 1370 builder/developers, retailers, community owners/operators, and installers representing 573 different companies who attended the show. All of our exhibitors were pleased with the traffic flow that the show provided in 2013. Sales were made!

The degree of enthusiasm that was expressed in 2013 by all of our exhibitors and attendees points to a healthy show.
