Most organization's in the manufactured housing industry view training of its employees as a luxury when profits are available and so they periodically send them to an all day seminar or have an in-house 1-2 hour training session on a specific topic area. This approach is better than doing nothing, but not much. This is one of the many reasons organizations in this dynamic and evolving industry are struggling with growth or even maintaining current business.
