As a Multifamily/Manufactured Housing Products and Programs Specialist in the Mission Oversight & Development Division, you’ll have the opportunity to use your experience to help Freddie Mac meet our affordable housing mission goals to make the mortgage financing process benefit more households by serving under served housing markets, including manufactured housing, affordable housing preservation, and rural housing.

Key functions include:

  • Preparing compliance to meet the new 2010 affordable housing requirements, including coordinating and supporting development of new processes and systems
  • Tracking and reporting corporate-wide performance for new requirements
  • Ensuring controls and quality assurance meet the levels required for reporting to FHFA
  • Representing the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts
  • Interacting with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters requiring coordination across organizational lines

Requirements:
Ideal candidate has previous maintenance experience in related field.

  • Previous Supervisory Skills

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:

  • Tend and observe equipment and machinery in order to verify efficient and safe operation.
  • Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand tools or power tools.
  • Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from work stations and other areas.
  • Assemble and maintain physical structures, using hand tools or power tools.
  • Provide assistance to more skilled workers involved in the adjustment, maintenance, part replacement, and repair of tools, equipment, and machines.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
  • Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
  • Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
  • Record maintenance and repair work performed and the costs of the work.
  • Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter's hand tools, and power tools.
  • Order parts.
  • Complete common fixes- wallboard damage, ceilings, plumbing leaks, replace windows, exterior siding, minor electrical problems and water heaters, adjust/hand doors, paint.
  • Recognize common service problems and be able to fix the problem.

Description Cascade Financial Services is a Mortgage Banking Company located in East Mesa. Cascade is an industry leader in providing FHA financing for land/home packages in the Manufactured Housing Industry. Our business is steady and strong based on purchase referrals from retailers of Manufactured Homes. We have a history of slow, controlled, but steady growth regardless of interest rates and the housing market.

We are currently looking for a full time professional in our Loan Processing Department. The position is for a Senior Loan Processor; will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Processing; will manage a pipeline of FHA loan files and take full responsibility for the files until closed; close eight to fifteen files per month

The position draws a base salary of $30,000 per year.  Monthly closing bonuses are paid based on personal volume, 1-5 loans per month $100 per loan, 6-10 loans per month $200 per loan retroactive to the first loan, 11+ files per month $300 per loan retroactive to the first loan.  A hardworking, experienced and efficient seasoned processor will be able to exceed $70,000 per year in this compensation structure.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience processing FHA loans, Calyx Point, Manufactured Home and construction lending experience preferred, strong customer service and intelligent communication skills, ability to work efficiently and follow directions, must have good computer skills in a windows environment, pleasant personality and able to contribute in a positive way to the small office environment, able and willing to follow-up continually.
