The board of directors at UMH Properties Inc., a New Jersey-based firm that owns and operates 28 manufactured home communities, has declared a cash payout of $0.18 per share for the latest quarter. The dividend is payable on Dec. 15, 2009, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 16, 2009. UMH -- whose properties are located in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Tennessee as well as in its home state -- has an annual dividend rate of $0.72 per share.
