Without the proper mutual commitment, if we sense that you or your team are not prepared to do what is needed, we have and will respectfully pass on working with a company. Because with the right commitment - our process routinely works - period.
So to us the bottom line is that you and your team have to be willing to learn and do our tried and true, traditional and proprietary approaches.
Here is what you need to bring to the table to be considered for this program.
You and your team's commitment to do something new, and stick with it. Change is a process, it can be rapid or slow, depending on you and your team. The more you are committed to and dedicated to making a change, the more rapid your increased bottom line results will be. We prefer working with teams ready to adapt rapidly and grow more as a result.
Obviously, appropriate budgets. This will vary by market and project. Call for a free, confidential discussion and written quote.
Non-Compete and Non-Disclose Agreements. We are happy to have you use our process in your company and location, but you commit in writing that you won't share, teach or sell our system to anyone else. Your team members also have to sign the same agreement.
We have two Basic Compensation Structures:
Pure Fee. We agree on a monthly fee, along with a term/time line in writing, along with the goals and tools to measure the results.
Fee Plus Bonus. We advise our clients to give a bonus or commission, something measurable for each sale, as an incentive. We prefer the same ourselves. For those clients interested, we can negotiate a reduced fee in exchange for a pre-agreed bonus per closed sale/contract.
