“When Rules Don’t Apply” Docudrama Video, How Workers, Others Get Ripped Off By Giants Breaking Laws – Successful Case Spotlighted

WhenRulesDontApplyDocumdramaVideoManufacturedHomeIndustryDailyBusinessNewsMHProNews

It is the Department of Justice, says the makers of this video, that put the theft of wages workers as 4x higher than the loss to property crimes.

4 times more lost wages to companies – white collar – than to those who steal, rob, vandalize, etc.? That’s the claim of the makers of the new documentary video, “When Rules Don’t Apply.”

It explores a successful actual antitrust case that was lodged not so long ago against big tech companies.

Here is the teaser version of their video.

But to what degree does this influence industries like manufactured housing?

Sources inside those giant MH brands, and their competitors too, have been telling MHProNews that the alleged rigging of the marketplace by Berkshire brands, in collusion with some at the Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) is resulting in wage and earnings suppression.

This is an overlooked point of the harmful impact of monopoly and the manipulation of markets. It has been highlighted before by MHProNews, see related reports, further below.

They’ve also sounded the alarm that if Clayton succeeds in its slow-motion takeover of manufactured housing, that its currently high-earning general managers (GMs) will find their pay cut.  Insider say that happened once before but had to be walked back.

Antitrust laws exist because monopolies are harmful to all but a favored few.  That is why monopolies or ‘trusts’ are illegal.  The Daily Business News on MHProNews will continue to raise awareness on this critical issue for the sake of the industry’s independents, but also for those who work for firms of all sizes.
