According to what the benningtonbanner tells MHProNews, a complaint filed April 30 against John M. Bushee, Jr., owner of Sunset Farm Mobile Home Park of Bennington, Ver. may lead to foreclosure of the community. Sunset Farm has issues with providing clean water to its residents going back to Dec. 2007, and nearly $32,000 in property taxes is owed from 2008. In addition, just under $100k is owed on a promissory note, including interest and late fees, to People’s United Bank, putting the property in default. Neither the bank’s attorney nor Bushee’s legal representation, which has yet to respond to the complaint, would comment on the case.
