On the Big Board:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average edged up +0.32 percent, +53.21 points to end the day at 16,484.99.
The NASDAQ advanced more than the other two major indices, +0.87 percent, +39.03 points to finish at 4,542.61.
The S&P 500 also moved up, +0.44 percent, +8.53 points, to end the day at 1,929.80.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) slipped -0.68 percent to finish at 1066.7. MH-related active stocks closed mixed or even in today’s trading, although UFPI moved up the most, its second consecutive day of gaining the most of tracked stocks– +3.93 percent, +2.85 points to close at 75.31. Carlyle Group lost the most of tracked stocks, -1.71 percent, -0.25 points to close at 14.41.
