MHProNews has learned from timesleader of Martins Ferry, Ohio that Harrison County Treasurer Vicki Sefsick announced all real estate and manufactured home bills for the county for the second half of the 2015 toax season have been mailed to those who own property or manufactured homes. The county seat, Cadiz, is located in east central Ohio near the West Virginia line. ##
