Patrick Completes Acquisition of Cana Holdings

patrick_industries__insideindianabusiness__creditMHProNews has learned from streetinsider that Patrick Industries, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Cana Holdings, Inc., with its two facilities, one in Americus, Georgia and one in Elkhart, Indiana where Patrick is headquartered. Cana produces custom cabinetry, primarily supplying the manufactured housing industry as well as the residential, hospitality and institutional markets.

Cana’s revenues for 2015 were $18 million; the net purchase price was roughly $16.8 million.

The acquisition of Cana provides the opportunity for Patrick to capitalize on our existing cabinetry manufacturing expertise and expand our footprint as a premier supplier in both the MH and industrial markets,” said Todd Cleveland, Chief Executive Officer of Patrick. “This acquisition is an excellent opportunity for Patrick to further increase our MH content, as we are increasingly optimistic about the future potential for growth in the MH market.”

Patrick will continue to operate Cana on a stand alone basis utilizing the existing facilities and the Cana brand name. ##

(NASDAQ:PATK)’s vice president of human resources, Courtney Blosser, sold 10,799 shares of company stock at $41.90 per share for a total transaction of $452,091. Blosser currently owns 19,560 shares of Patrick, about 0.12 percent of of the company’s market capitalization, according to franklinindependent.

Meanwhile, losangelesmirror tells MHProNews Patrick CEO Todd M. Cleveland sold 29,581 shares of stock for $42.51 per share for a total transaction of $1,246,762.25.

Patrick Industries Inc. is a manufacturer of component products and distributor of building products and materials for the recreational vehicle and manufactured housing industries.

Patrick to Release Financial Results Feb. 18

patrick_indMHProNews has learned from prnewswire that Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:PATK) will release its fourth quarter and year end 2015 financial results before the market opens on Thurs., Feb. 18, 2016.

Later that same morning at 10:00 AM eastern time Patrick intends to host a conference call to discuss the results and other matters of the business. Included on the call will be CEO Todd Cleveland, President Andy Nemeth and CFO Josh Boone. The question-and-answer session will be limited to institutional investors and analysts.
