Oak Creek Celebrates Milestone

Founded in 1971 as a manufactured home retailer, Oak Creek Homes of Texas began building manufactured homes in 1993 and recently celebrated the production of its 50,000th home, as MHProNews has learned. With manufacturing facilities in Fort Worth and Lancaster, Texas and Lynn, Alabama the 705 employees build homes ranging from 600 square feet to over 3,000 square feet, including modular units. The company also builds work force housing for energy development work sites, as well as modular duplexes and buildings for the lodging and accommodation industries, according to Oak Creek is primarily owned by its employees, and is part of American Homestar..
