Swedish Happy Cheap House claims low-cost prefab home status

Modular prefab design means the home with its irrigular shape and roof-line can be rapidly assembled on even a modest sized home site.

At the equivalent of $181,000 U.S. dollars, the home is modest in cost by Swedish standards, and not uncompetitive compared to conventionally on-site built homes in the U.S.. Jetson Green tells MHProNews that the home’s design should lend itself to last longer with its iron facade. ##
