Sun Communities ordered to Remove Tree or be Fined

Florida__diseased_tree_at_Water_Oak_MHC_owned_by_SunComm__villages_dash_news__creditMHProNews has learned from villages-news that the owner of Water Oak manufactured home community (MHC) in Lady Lake, Florida will reportedly be subject to a $250 daily fine if it does not mend or remove a diseased tree by Christmas.

Lady Lake Special Magistrate Valerie Fuchs ruled on Dec. 15 that MHC owner Sun Communities, Inc. has ten days to esolve the issue of the problem tree which is damaging the manufactured home that is under it, according to the home owner, or pay the fine.

A gated MHC, Water Oak has 1207 homesites, 95 percent of which are multi-section homes, according to MHVillage. ##
