Skyline Rises, Dow Unmoved, Nasdaq and S&P Nudge up

The bears and bulls pulled the Dow Jones Industrial Average up and down all day (see graphic), leaving it basically unmoved at 16,501.65. The Nasdaq gained +21.37 points, +0.52 percent, to end the session at 4,148.35 while the S&P 500 modestly gained +3.22 points, +0.17 percent, to close at 1,878.61, as CNNMoney tells MHProNews. The Yahoo! Finance Manufactured Housing Composite advanced +0.15 percent to close at 744.85. Tracked housing stocks closed mixed or even in today’s trading. Skyline Corp. was the biggest gainer of stocks we follow, moving up +2.52 percent, +0.13 points, to end the trading day at 5.29. Clayton Homes, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, as well as MH home-building, lending and other housing suppliers parent company Berkshire Hathaway edged down the most of tracked stocks, -0.16 percent, -300.00 points, to close at 190,500.
