A member of the Mississippi Manufactured Housing Association’s (MSMMHA) Hall of Fame , Jeffrey Duane “Doc” Bell, 53, passed away Feb. 21, 2014 in Little Rock, Arkansas. His nickname came from his stint as an athletic trainer at the University of Mississippi. A district manager for American Modern Insurance Group, he also served on the executive board of the MSMMHA.
