The Watertown Plan Commission in South Dakota has received a petition from Douglas and Teresa Engels to rezone a property currently designated R-4 Manufactured Home Residential District and C-3 Highway Commercial District to C-2 Local Commercial District. The petition will be considered by the plan commission July 18, as MHProNews has been informed by thepublicopinion.
