Oak Creek Helps Feed the Hungry

November 15th, 2013

Oak Creek Homes is collecting nonperishable food at their model home centers in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana to distribute to those in need before Thanksgiving. Called Pack Our Pantry, as an enticement to manufactured and modular home buyers, Oak Creek is offering a $500 discount on a new home up to a $2500 donation. Ronnie Richards, vice president of marketing at American Homestar Corp., parent company of Oak Creek, says, “It’s important for our children, our seniors, our veterans and our communities to have access to food and we want to help out.” As PRWeb informs MHProNews, the food will be stored in a model home at one of its home centers. In addition to building manufactured and modular homes, Oak Creek also provides workforce accommodations for the oil and gas industry.
