Two public hearings will be held by Eddy County in far southeast New Mexico for public comment on the new Manufactured Home Placement Permit Ordinance, the first one Wed., June 29, at 5:30 in the Eddy County North Road Dept. The ordinance establishes permits and regulations, particularly dealing with joining multiple homes, safety issues and waste disposal.
The second hearing, MHProNews has learned from currentargus will be held in Carlsbad, NM, Wed., July 6 at the Eddy County Commission Chambers on the second floor of the Eddy County Administration Building. ##
