Modular House Saves Plastic from Landfill

Welsh_modular__recy_plastic__cltampa_credit__thermo_poly_rockA Welsh company, Affresol, has developed a modular house from recycled plastic that is mixed with a harder-than-concrete pourable resin, which is waterproof, fire retardant and rot proof. MHProNews has been informed by cltampa that each Thermo Poly Rock saves 18 tons of waste from landfills, and five or more trees from being cut into plywood.

As MHProNews reported here April 11, 2016, a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Pakistan is also making modular homes out of non-biodegradable plastic. ##
