Manufactured Spec Home to be Sited in Development

The Crookston, Minn. Housing and Economic Development Authority has agreed to site a manufactured spec home in a housing development called Carmen Terrace. Red Lake Falls, MN-based Homark Homes will build the home in their 95,000 square foot facility and transport it to Crookston, according to information MHProNews has received from grandforksherald.

The home will be nearly complete except for non-sructural options the buyer can choose like carpeting and paint. Crookston is in the northwest corner of the state near North Dakota.##
