From Michigan, WXYZ.com informs MHProNews residents at Woodhaven Place manufactured home community having trouble navigating the roads in their community after a rain because of a drainage problem. While community managers say the city of Woodhaven, located just south of Detroit, are responsible, the city manager for Woodhaven visited the community and said it is private property with its own sewage system and there was nothing he could do. WXYZ reports it later received a letter from the community managers saying whenever there is a heavy rain the community has a short-term drainage problem. Residents allege even a small amount of rain can make the roads impassable, especially for smaller cars.
