Oil selling on the world market for $83 a barrel is bad news for Iran, Nigeria, Russia, Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, who all depend on oil selling above a certain level. Iran’s budget, reports CNNMoney, is based on oil at $135 a barrel, while the Saudis can withstand oil at $95 a barrel, although as MHProNews  reported Oct. 28, the Saudis say they have enough resources to last for nearly eight years at $83 a barrel. Meanwhile, positive corporate returns pushed the Dow to gain over 200 points, even as QE was ended by the FED.
