There’s a swamp in Washington, D.C. But let’s be clear, there are swampy, rigged, and corrupted stuff occurring in states and local jurisdictions too. Each of these impact manufactured home owners and professionals, day be day.
It may seem odd at first to name them both in the same paragraph, but both Senator Bernie Sanders and President Donald J. Trump share this in common. They’ve tapped into the millions who believe that the systems been rigged and corrupted.
That’s almost where their similarities end. Senator Sanders (I-VT) is openly promoting a socialist agenda that’s failed almost everywhere in the world that its ever been tried.
By contrast, President Donald J. Trump – a former Democrat turned Republican – promotes an agenda that shares similar items what worked for Democratic President John “Jack” F. Kennedy and former democrat turned GOP President Ronald R. Reagan.
There are many reasons why Donald Trump captured 1/3 of the counties that previously voted for Senator (D-IL) turned President, Barack Hussein Obama.
Manufactured Housing and The Swamp
Manufactured housing could be roughly 10 times larger than it is today. So why isn’t it bigger? Several reasons. We explore those on a periodic basis, while spotlighting the factors that should result in more manufactured home sales.

One of many things are certain. Like hate or no-opinion on President Donald J. Trump’s style, the future of his initial and planned reforms will depend on GOP victories from coast to coast.
Don’t dismiss – not buy-into – the so-called ‘blue wave.’ Keep in mind the same sources that say that anti-Trump candidates will win in November are those who crowned Secretary Hillary Queen… – err, excuse me, ‘president’ – in 2016.
There’s energized Democratic, Independent, and GOP voters. It’s always about who shows up.
We don’t hide who we support, and we proudly supported him in 2016 too. We proved correct then, and it can be so once again. It’s all up to everyday people, like you, us, and others…by the millions. The system can still work, but it means getting up and going to vote wisely.
One Big Difference Between 2016 and 2018
The biggest difference between 2016 and 2018 are results. President Trump has proven he can do what Secretary Clinton and former President Barack Obama’s said he couldn’t and wouldn’t do.
That’s the reason you should start talking up President Trump’s record vs the false claims and smoke-screen distractions of his opponents.
Love or hate POTUS Trump’s style, he’s getting results he promised. If the House is held, and the margins in the Senate and House grow, we bet he’ll give us more victories for business and income growth in the future.

We learned from the National Association of Realtors (TM) Certified Business Economist (CBE) Scholastica ‘Gay’ Cororaton that manufactured homes can and do rise in value. Barry Noffsinger, a regional manager with manufactured home lender, Credit Human Federal Credit Union, told MHProNews that manufactured homes go up and down in value for exactly the same reasons as conventional homes.
