(NYSE:DW) sold 2,800 shares of company stock at $59.80 per share for a net of $167,440. He still owns 130,711 shares, 0.55 percent of the company’s market cap of $1.41 billion. Company stock has risen 0.98 percent since April 22, 2015 and has outperformed the S&P 500 by 1.99 percent.
