On the Big Board:
The Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced +1.59 percent–an increase of just under three percent in two days– +257.42 points, to close at 16,453.83.
The NASDAQ gained more than the other major indices, +2.21 percent, +98.11 points to finish at 4,534.07.
The S&P 500 also moved up, +1.65 percent, +31.24 points, to end the day at 1,926.82.
Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) rose +1.19 percent to finish at 1073.6. All but two MH-related stocks closed up or even, some making substantial gains. Deer Valley gained the most, +9.52 percent, +0.06 points to close at 0.69. Carlyle Group gained +7.72 percent, Patrick advanced +5.88 percent, Louisiana Pacific gained +4.78 percent. Skyline lost the most of tracked stocks, -2.68 percent, -0.11, to close at 4.00.
