Audit Gives Skyline a Going Concern Qualification

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERASkyline Corporation received a going concern qualification from its independent registered public accounting firm, which was included in the Corporation’s Annual Report on Form 10-K, included with its consolidated financial statements for its fiscal year ending May 31, 2014, according to yahoofinance.com. The independent audit was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Aug. 22, 2014. Auditors have a responsibility after examining the finances of a company to attempt to determine its ability to continue as a going concern. As MHProNews knows, Elkhart, Indiana-based Skyline produces manufactured and modular homes. The company’s stock closed up +2.14 percent at $2.84 in Thurs., Sept. 11 trading. At the end of August, the stock was trading at $4.00 per share. ##
