The Dow Jones Industrial Average nudged up+0.19 percent, +36.02 points, to close at 18,595.03.

The NASDAQ moved up +1.06 percent, +53.56 points to finish at 5,089.93.

The S&P 500 also advanced, 0.43 percent, +9.24 points, to close at 2,173.02.

Meanwhile, the Yahoo Manufactured Housing Composite Value (MHCV) edged up +0.08 percent to end at 1417.2. MH-related stocks closed mixed or even, although Louisiana-Pacific moved up +3.71 percent as the top gainer, +0.73 points, to end the session at $20.42. Equity LifeStyle Properties slipped the most of tracked stocks, -1.17 percent, -0.95 to end the day at $80.38.
