Informed sources tell MHProNews that Clayton Homes (CMH) has closed on a manufacturing facility in Athens, TX.

According to the source, the production is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2016.

Athens Venture Capital, LLC was the seller to CMH.

The move signals the continued recovery of manufactured housing, as well as confidence in the Texas MH Market. ##
