The GCDailyWorld’s  Rick Curl tells MHProNews  that Solsberry, Indiana’s Harrell has done contracting and excavating for some 18 years. Much of that has been for manufactured and modular home installations and related services. Keen on doing things well, selling the homes seemed like a natural evolution.

I’ve spent my life educating myself on and about residential property,” Harrell said. “I enjoy and take pride in helping others with any of their residential needs, and opening a new business to take care of the mobile, manufactured and modular home buyers’ needs seems to be the next logical step. We want to offer people a great home at a great price and we’re confident we can do that.”

Harrell has brought in a real estate veteran, John Vaught as a general manager for Harrell Homes.

John is a real estate professional with 26 years experience,” Harrell explained. “John had recently retired from his own business of serving buyers’ and sellers’ real estate needs in Monroe and surrounding counties. I saw a great opportunity to make use of his knowledge and abilities and he and I are eager and up to the challenge of building another business we can be proud of and our customers can count on.”

With housing tight in many markets, and realtors often low on quality affordable home inventory, the business move by this professional pair may signal the start of a trend. ##
