manuf_home_replaced__jeremy_schwartz_peninsuladailynews_credit__dan_davis_tom_duceThe Housing Authority of the City of Napa (HACN) will administer a no-cost home repair loan over a 30-year term to low-income residents who need repairs and upgrades to their homes in Calistoga, California.

The half-million grant will be available to those who make 80 percent or less of the area’s median income of $65,900 for a family of four, all on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to what napavalleyregister  tells MHProNews.

The funds go directly to those providing the goods and services, which include everything from HVAC and structural to energy efficiency and plumbing. Manufactured home residents could receive up to $20,000 for repairs. ##
