Registering for News at Noon, Industry in Focus and other premium content

January 8th, 2011 No comments

Signing up for our News at Noon Podcasts with Erin Patla, Industry in Focus Reports by Eric Miller and other premium content to come is free and easy – but we have been contacted by several folks that who found the process more trying than others.

In 95% of those cases, it was simply a case of them not receiving the confirmation email with the confirmation link that the system requires before the account is activated.

The confirmation process is necessary to prevent a person with good or bad intentions from signing another person up. You must sign yourself up and you must use a valid email address when doing so so that the system can email you the confirmation link.

To ensure a smooth registration process, before you even fill out the form, make sure that “info@mhmarketingsalesmanagement.com” in on your whitelist or entered in your address book.

The next step is to register:

Registration Form

Just fill in the form. If the Recaptcha is unreadable, just click the little re-load icon [ Reload a new Recaptcha ] and it will give you a new one.

Once you’ve submitted the form by clicking the light blue “Register” button, you’ll see this screen:

Registration Confirm Screen

This is very important. If you don’t click the activation link in the confirmation email, you won’t be given access to the member’s area. The email will look something like this:

Confirmation Email

If the activation link in your confirmation email is not hot, you can copy the link and paste it into your browser. Once you’ve entered the activation link and visited the confirmation page, you’ll see this:

Registration Complete Screen

Congratulations! You are now registered and can enter your username and password (see your confirmation email if you’ve forgotten them) and access ALL of our premium content.

Trends 2011 Looks Forward in the Manufactured Housing Biz

First of all, Happy New Year to everyone!

Trends 2011 surveyAnother new year is in front of us. What will we make of it?

Will it be more of the same? Or will this be the year of the turnaround?

I’m inclined to believe that 2011 will be the year that industry begins to re-take it’s rightful place as America’s Affordable Housing Choice. It won’t all happen at once. Life rarely works that way and there are baggage and obstacles to overcome.

But this year will present ever more opportunities for us to take control of our own destiny and that is a challenge that we should all relish.

Moving forward depends, among other things, on a balanced view of the past coupled with a crystal clear vision of the future as we wish it to be. Seeing the plans and perspectives of others can guide us toward our goals.

That is why we are once again conducting our Trends survey. Getting a handle on the pulse of the industry from knowledgeable insiders – as they see it and in their own words – can prove to be a valuable tool to assessing the current state of the industry and where we are headed.

Some whether you are a manufacturer, retailer, salesperson, community owner or manager, supplier, installer, consultant or anything else, we’d like your input by filling out our short survey form.

We will publish all Industry Trends 2011 Survey responses in the upcoming issue of MHMSM.com.

But the deadline is coming up fast – we need ALL entries to be submitted by 6PM EST, Wednesday, January 6, 2011.

Download the form now – it is in MS Word format. There is also an RTF version available for anyone using a word processor other than Word.

Your answers to this survey are very valuable to us and to all of the members of the industry. Do it today!
